[SOLVED] Python environment messed up

hello today i received update for python modules from pacman.
so i updated it with

pacman -Syu

always...

but i just realized that my python is still 3.8.6 but the modules that get updated is installed on python3.9/site-packages.

i try to sync pacman -Syy but still no luck for me getting newest python update.

any clue to me how to fix this messed up...
