Cannot boot from ISO USB - monitors won't power on

Hello,

My computer will not power on my monitors at boot after trying to install nvidia driver for a 3rd monitor (see the detailed problem description and what i've already tried here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … #p1941633).

Bottom line is:  I really need to be able to boot from a USB to troubleshoot, but I cannot even press F10 or Esc key to bring up the boot menu, the monitors won't even turn on.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Cannot boot from ISO USB - monitors won't power on

First, try to (physically) remove the nvidia GPU again.
Is there still a windows installation?
Can you access the BIOS/UEFI?

Blacklisting i915 is btw. wrong for your setup, so you can undo that once you can boot the system ;-)
