I'm trying to import a key to install an AUR package (chromium-dev) but I can't:
$ sudo pacman-key --recv-keys 9C825A6605D40BBE
gpg: keyserver receive failed: Input/output error
==> ERROR: Remote key not fetched correctly from keyserver.
$ gpg --search-keys 9C825A6605D40BBE
gpg: data source: https://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net:443

gpg: data source: https://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net:443
The protocol should be hkps not https i.e. hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net

Recently, hkps been having issues, I recently had to change servers to hkp://pool.sks-keyserver.net
Things are never what they seem...

Thanks but none of them work.
Finally I solved it with the help of this Arch Wiki page:
keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com
