PCI passtrough: Boot gpu issues

Hello guys, I need your help to get this running:

I have trouble setting the kernel or boot gpu in ASUS UEFI BIOS to GPU in PCIEX16_2.
Mainboard is Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING.

IOMMU Groups (with kernel parameter vfio-pci.ids=10de:1401,10de:0fba & unplugged monitor cables @ 06:00.0 VGA)

If monitor cables are plugged in during host boot, screen freezes after the first kernel messages (ctrl+alt+Fx does not work).
Adding kernel parameter fbcon=map:1 produces gpu failures on guest.
