Thunar takes too much time and CPU to launch

I don't even know why, but when I trying to open thunar, it fully loads one of CPU cores and after a minute it finally starts up. When I'm launching it through console it doesn't raise any exceptions or errors. Also it can't be closed without sending SYGTERM or SYGKILL.

UPD:
Everything is fine when i'm running it via sudo, but in this case there are some messages:

How are you starting your WM/DE? What's the output of hostnamectl?

I experienced a similar problem today, I hope it's related.  I launch XFCE4 from the CLI after boot with startxfce4, but after the last pacman -Syu, it's pretty obvious that the window manager is not launching.  Strangely if I log in as root, it runs fine, but pulseaudio is not running.  I have not been using a display manager - just didn't want to deal with it, no problem until today.
