Kernel Version: 5.9.12-arch1-1
I am getting really low FPS on my external monitor when connected with an HDMI cable. glxgears shows 60fps, and I have selected 60fps output in xrandr as well, however, I am sure it isn't 60fps.
The HDMI cable and monitor are working fine, as I get a really good output when using them with Windows. The same games/videos run a lot smoother on Windows as compared to on Arch.
This issue isn't specific to this version; I have never gotten a good fps on my external monitor with Arch. The primary display works fine.
I have a dedicated Nvidia GTX 970M card, and an integrated Intel HD Graphics 530.
Here is my Xorg.0.log: https://hastebin.com/ijipipeliw.yaml
I use nvidia-prime.

Hello!
Did you tried to use other GPU than you currently use for external output? I mean, if you now use Nvidia for external output, try use Intel and vice versa.
And do you have `xf86-video-nouveau` and `xf86-video-intel` installed?
If it won't work, try to install older kernel, for example `linux-lts`.
