Gigabyte M27Q KVM-Switch Mouse and Keybord not detected

Hello everyone,

Setup:
I recently got the Gigabyte M27Q as a Monitor. It has a build-in KVM-Switch witch I use to switch between my Windows PC (HDMI and USB cable) and my Dell XPS 13 9370 with Arch Linux (Thunderbolt cable). My Mouse and Keyboard is connected to the Monitor.

Problem:
With the Windows machine everything works fine but my laptop doesn't recognize the mouse and keyboard. Video and Audio work. Interesting is when I reboot Arch and the monitor is set to USB-C connection the mouse and keyboard work. If I switch with the KVM button it stops working.

Monitor not connected:

Monitor connected (Mouse and keyboard not working):

Thanks if someone has a idea that could help me.
