Touchpad not working

I got a new Lenovo V15 laptop. Installing Arch, everything works like a charm, except the touchpad. I tried using both libinput and synaptics, but to no avail.

The main culprit, I believe, can be found when typing xinput into the console:

Virtual core pointer id=2 [master pointer (3)]
Virtual core XTEST pointer id=4 [slave pointer (2)]
(...)

I would have expected to find my touchpad here, but it's not. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
