[SOLVED]xfce4-notes (xfce4-notes-plugin/xfce4-goodies) hangs when laun

New, today
Normally started during session startup
Running from a terminal

$ xfce4-notes
Gtk-Message: 09:59:08.639: Failed to load module "xapp-gtk3-module"

Hangs and runs on one CPU @ about 100%, does not show up in system tray
