Xmonad - Firefox crashes when floating - Prevent program from floating

Hey everyone,

I'm running arch with xmonad, and I noticed that when I accidentally put firefox into floating mode (mod + left click), it immediately crashes and when I try to restart it, it keeps on crashing until I do a full restart of my machine.
Has anyone had the problem with firefox and knows how to fix it?
As an alternative is it possible to tell xmonad to never allow floating mode for specific applications?

I have had this happen with i3, and i cannot remember exactly what fixed it. Can you run the application from the command line and view the output when it crashes? Or view a crash report at about:crashes.  Please report back here!
