Loud popping noise on shutdown - reboot

hey, i have a MSI GL62M laptop and i'm having this issue. It's only popping when the external speakers are connected, no problems with the built-in speakers.
(and it also happens when I connect headphones with the jack)
any suggestions?

was thinking about posting this before, my thinkpad 420 also make this loud noises when reboot or poweroff, it's really annoying have to take out headphones whenever I reboot, because I must protect my ears from ear ringing.
