Yes, I built it with setup.py. I'm not totally sure if it did everything right, because I had first did setup.py install, then I made this and installed with it. But I still got that config error, but when I did python run-pallavi -c config, it works. I'm not very experienced in windows and python, so if someone else could test it out to make sure that it works right, that'd be a good idea. I just ran the command
(Wonders why python wanted to install itself in C:Python24, so you have to type C:Python24python.exe then whatever you want to do.. Maybe just my (virtual) machine. Then again I Haven't really used windows for a while..)

Thanks for contributing it! If I have some free time, I'll do some testing on windows and see if I can fix the config file issue.
As for the C:Python24 thing, you can add that directory to your Windows PATH somewhere so that you don't have to type the whole command in. I don't know why they don't put it in Program Files like normal Windows programs.
