Build the dependency first.

I am install  nvidia-390xx-utils from aur all right,
but nothing cheng

Try to remove the versioned dependency (i.e. the "=390.138") from the PKGBUILD and run makepkg again.

remove all nvidia in system
makepkg ......
pacman -U .....
ok.
