Prevent kwallet autostart in xfce

I installed kde before some months, but I didn't use it and use cinnamon instead.
Recently I switched to xfce4 and I have a problem with kwallet which seems to autostart no matter what.
I disabled the kwallet(PAM) entry from xfce4 settings  autostart applications, but it still pops up the kwallet window and asking for password. I also deleted the .desktop file from ~/.config/autostart folder but still autostarts.
How to stop it?

Depends on the programs you are using. a kwallet prompt generally shows up if an application storing data there requests said data. Do you still use any programs for KDE? What's your

systemctl status

when the prompt is there?

This happens when I try to use pip. I compare the 'systemctl status" command with and without pip running(in which kwallet popup appears) and the only difference is at the end:
     ├─49785 /usr/bin/kwalletd5
           │     ├─50488 /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/pip install pyqtdeploy
           │     └─50516 systemctl status

The "49785 /usr/bin/kwalletd5 "
is there in both times.
