[SOLVED] Equalizer + Volume Normalization

Hi!

I'm using pulseaudio-equalizer-ladspa and trying to add volume normalization on top of it.
Found this guide on GitHub but no use.

Is it even possibble or I just asking the wrong question?

Re: [SOLVED] Equalizer + Volume Normalization

What does "no use" actually mean? What errors do you get? But yes this is certainly possible, since you didn't disclose what didn't work I don't really know what failed.

FWIW you might be interested in opting for something like pulseeffects which allows you to logically configure both as a single chain of events with an intuitive GUI, so that might be a better approach than either of these two seperately.

Re: [SOLVED] Equalizer + Volume Normalization

What I meant by "no use" is no actual effect on the system after a restart, volume differences still persist; some parts are too loud some are too quiet.

Actually pulseeffects solved every audio problem that I had, thanks for the suggestion!
"Auto Gain" aka volume normalization works flawlessly, even the same 15-band equalizer setting from pulseaudio-equalizer-ladspa could be set here.

Note: The "cracking" sound while adjusting volume is gone and no playback delay in Elisa anymore.
