Possible to turn off Radeon rx 5600 xt ?

I'd like to use my integrated IGP and only turn on my radeon when needed and use it via PRIME.
Right know it uses 9Wh basically doing nothing, the fan is off too:

root@slimer# sensors
coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Package id 0: +38.0°C (high = +80.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 0: +37.0°C (high = +80.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 1: +37.0°C (high = +80.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 2: +37.0°C (high = +80.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 3: +36.0°C (high = +80.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

acpitz-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
temp1: +27.8°C (crit = +105.0°C)
temp2: +29.8°C (crit = +105.0°C)

amdgpu-pci-0300
Adapter: PCI adapter
vddgfx: 775.00 mV
fan1: 0 RPM (min = 0 RPM, max = 3200 RPM)
edge: +44.0°C (crit = +100.0°C, hyst = -273.1°C)
                       (emerg = +105.0°C)
junction: +44.0°C (crit = +110.0°C, hyst = -273.1°C)
                       (emerg = +115.0°C)
mem: +44.0°C (crit = +105.0°C, hyst = -273.1°C)
                       (emerg = +110.0°C)
power1: 9.00 W (cap = 160.00 W)

Would it be possible to turn it completely off or somehow limit his power consumption when idle even further?
Thanks!

--edit--
I don't know if this is relevant:

root@slimer# cat /sys/class/drm/card1/device/power/runtime_status
suspended

Does it means the card isn't using any power?

Anytime check the current power usage via the sensors command, the state switches to "active".

Maybe is just a non-existing problem?

Re: Possible to turn off Radeon rx 5600 xt ?

When the videocard is connected to the mainboard and powersupply it will allways take some power. This will be a small amount but there is nothing you can do about it, this is unless you can physically disconnect it completely

Check overall system draw with powertop, if it's within reason I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Re: Possible to turn off Radeon rx 5600 xt ?

Thanks, but it is a desktop system and powertop just gives me a wrong estimation (3 Wh for the whole thing).
