[Solved] I forgot to set root passwd while installing OS.

When it reboots and asks login, enter root and empty or "root" passwords I get an incorrect login.
Lazy to reinstall and repeat steps again. Is there a way to fix it?

Arch at 2015 I didnt' set root passwd at all and after reboot entering empty one successfully.

There's no need to repeat all installation steps. You can just boot the installation medium, mount your hard drive and then use passwd. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Re … t_password - also for an alternative method without using a liveCD.
