[SOLVED] Nvidia i2c issue

I'm trying to look around for the same issue but I'm not sure this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NVIDIA#Pacman_hook is the solution ...

I have an AMD Ryzen on ASUS 320-KM motherboard that had never an issue to date with an RTX 2070 but after I've updated the amd ucode, and at the same time the latest Nvidia drivers, my PC is stuck 80% of the time on boot with an i2c failure so that I can't reach the graphical interface (GNOME) either as X11 or Wayland.

I'm close to put back my good old Radeon RX 580 in here, but any confirmation it's just me, or it's just not me, would help a lot to understand what the hell am I dealing with, so any hint, help, link, "close this because already answered here" would be more than appreciated, thank you!

Solved
I've no idea what happened, but a fresh install made it work again. I forced wayland before, and I'll try to see if that was the issue, yet my PC is working fine.
