[SOLVED] shutdown take time with the message "A stop job is running"?

When i shutdown the system in the middle of output there is message:

A stop job is running for the user with UUID 1000 

and show that 2 minutes should be passed until this job should stopped, and  after stopping other processes the system is shutting down, i cannot get the only shutdown log from the journalctl to see what is the problem in my case?

I find the failed processes from the journalctl and that was actually some codes i added to run some programs,, i kill them before shutdown, and the above problem has gone.
