Edit the theme in Arch Linux

Hi
Dear friends, I installed the WhiteSur-light theme on the XFCE Arch desktop.

/home/user/.themes/WhiteSur-light

I want to edit this theme somewhere. Can anyone help?
Well, I will fully explain here what I want to edit. If anyone knows of friends, please help. Thank you. <3
When I right-click on the Arch desktop and the following options are displayed:

Create launcher ...
Create URL Link ...
Create Folder ...
and ...

When I hover the mouse over these options there is a blue background with border-radius that I want to change this blue to another color and then set the border-radius to zero.
Can anyone help?

Sure you can just edit the themes .css file to your liking in an editor.

Or use  Oomox which is a easy to handle tool for this.
