U-boot and tftp

I have set a tftp server on my machine and i have a u-boot that will run a arm64 linux kernel. I have some modules that i want to add to this kernel.
I don't know how to specify the memory address where load my binary file, and then how can i take again my file for use it like a module.
Someone can give me some hint ?
