sysrq thinks it's prnt scrn

I have a Dell Inspiron E6410
When I press sysrq (Fn+F10), I get a screenshot. When I press prnt scrn (Fn+F11) I also get a screenshot. Checking with showkeys, both keys give keycode 99. Try it with xev, both keys give keycode 107.
What I really want is to be able to press sysrq and be able to use magic letters, without also losing prnt scrn.
dumpkeys tells me keycode 99 is "compose". Huh? I thought 99 was sysrq!

I am be confused!

I can rule out a faulty keyboard since the un-modified keys generate separate codes.

Any suggestions?
