Is there a similar application to "desktop settings" from linux mint in arch linux xfce? The one who easily let you switch the window manager (xfwm, compton , marco)

What does "desktop settings" do? You only mention switching your WM ... but unless this is within a specific DE, that's a rather meaningless question.

If you want to switch your WM, you just launch a different WM. If you use xinit/startx, you either change your xinitrc, or include a case statement in it. If you use a DM, you just select a different WM from the list.

What are you actually trying to do? Once you identify the actual goal, please revise your title (by editting your post) to represent your actual question.

Ok, please edit your first post and adjust your title as requested: you are looking for the program that provides WM selection for XFCE. I'm not sure what this is, but I'm fairly sure it'd be in our repos. If you still have Mint running somewhere, just use xprop or a related tool to identify what that program actually owns that window, then install that program on your arch system (if it isn't already included with your xfce content).

I suspect that'd be one of the components from xfce4-settings, or perhaps xfdesktop.
