Unable to enable secure boot

I've installed Arch on my laptop and am trying to enable secure boot. I followed this guide to install shim . However, after completing the steps, when I try to enable secure boot and boot with shim at top of boot order, this image comes up:

The only way to boot is to disable secure boot and bringing grub back to top of boot order.

However, when I install Preloader, using this , it works perfectly
