Hi everyone,
I've had an issue with my laptfop for quite a while (a few months). Basically, at random moments pressing a key a bit makes it sticky. For example, if I press W (wasd keys) in a game, it gets sticky at random times so my character keeps moving forward or if I press alt+f4 once, pressing alt again will close another window. I've tried everything from using different kernels to changing DEs and nothing seems to work. I didn't have this issue before moving to Arch. I'm posting here hoping someone can give me clues on how to fix this.
Relevant system info:
OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Host: HP Laptop 15-dy1xxx
Kernel: 5.10.9-arch1-1
DE: Plasma 5.20.5
WM: KWin
CPU: Intel i5-1035G4 (8) @ 3.700GHz
GPU: Intel Iris Plus Graphics G4
Memory: 2266MiB / 7710MiB
dkms modules: rtl8821ce
Output of `journal -p 3 -b`: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/jYw4JBKjxt/ (You can ignore the last line in the journal log, I was just trying out hplip gui)

Well Lets Just Say, If You are sure its not your Keyboard Problem (Hardware) Then,
You can try turning off Keyboard Repeat by In GNOME: dconf write /org/gnome/settings-daemon/peripherals/keyboard/repeat false
Or If You have different Desktop Environment, Using Xset Utility Switch Off Keyboard Repeat By Typing : xset r off
In KDE Make Sure That "System Settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Keyboard Filters" tab. the "use slow keys" is disabled.
This Might Help You For Sure...Specially In Gaming XD

Thanks a lot MisterArced. Even though this is a hacky solution, it works very well for what I need.
