Well I changed my systemctl timeout in user.conf to 180 seconds instead of 60 to see if that changes anything. Otherwise it would only be a minute instead of 3

I encountered this too and ended up uninstalling xdg-desktop-portal and its reverse dependency (nothing I really use, including flatpak).
