Keyboard input is slow when there is an image in Libre Office writer

From LibreOffice version 7, if I insert any single image, there is a problem that keyboard typing is slow.
Version 6.4 did not have such a problem.  Version 7 seems to be slow on Windows too.
I expected this would be resolved in version 7.1.0, but it seems to have gotten worse.
I wonder if other Linux distributions also have this symptom. Should I report a bug?
