[SOLVED] kde time/clock is 1 hour ahead

Hi, I'm new to kde plasma i have recently made a switch from xfce4 to kde plasma and i have noticed that my clock is 1 hour ahead even tho i set the correct timezone in settings

it is showing the time to be 22:49 while it's 21:49 (For Americans here: 10:49 PM while it's 9:49 PM).
It would be fine with 22:49 if it was to be summer but it's winter right now so we have to follow winter time and set out clocks 1 hour backwards, all the other online clock services will show the time as 21:49 such as TV stations, radio stations, mobile phones etc.
I don't know if posting to this forum is the right decision for this question but i think that this time is managed by kde team.

Your system clock is an hour out. It's currently 03:05 UTC.

It's probably just in local time.

you saw the screenshot i sent i did set the timezone so it shouldn't use localtime, and no there's no parallel windows installation why would someone use windows.

The question about windows was trying to understand WHY your RTC would bet set in localtime. Your entire time setup is wrong.

i installed the ntp and run sudo ntpd -qg
that fixed it.

The RTC ("BIOS clock") is in local time, you want to fix that either in the BIOS or using ntp & hwclock to set the proper time.
