tllocalmgr problems with `texlive` and `pkgs` file

I am using texlive-most on my computer along with tllocamgr, when opening tllocalmgr I see the following

[morten@thinkpad ~]$ tllocalmgr 
Initializing ...
Cannot open /var/lib/texmf/arch/installedpkgs/texlive-slashbox_1993.05.27-1.pkgs!
-- Likely the package texlive-slashbox does not create the 'pkgs' file.

slashbox is a package I need which is not in texlive, so I installed it by

yay -S texlive-slashbox

so maybe it didn't install 100% correctly?
