Not a patch more of a replacement of some code [Solved]

Hi,

I need to rebuild kernel to test some new drivers...

now I cannot patch them in...

so I want to copy over existing driver in /src directory

can I do that from within pkbuild prior to compiling kernel?

have done something like it before but I'm old I forget stuff lol

EDIT I think I figured it out  just thinking out load again!!!!
