[SOLVED] Sagemath plotting gives SIGSEGV on plotting anything

Using the plot() function gives the following error:

Do not mix up system and user python packages. Remove your pip-installed numpy and use virtualenvs if you need to use a different python environment than the system one.

Yes if they exist. Alternatively create a virtual environment for your project and from there you can install the needed python modules via pip. And another alternative if the module doesn't exist in the repo is to create your own PKGBUILD for the python module, makepkg  and install it via pacman.

However, the 3D plots still don't work.
I installed jmol and threejs-sagemath. (in fact I have installed all dependencies and optional dependencies)
The only viewer that works is tachyon.

For example running the following code:

x, y = var('x,y')
plot3d(x^2 + y^2, (x,-2,2), (y,-2,2), viewer='tachyon')

works but changing the viewer to jmol or threejs (which is the default one), doesn't.
It doesn't give any error either.
