I just installed arch linux,
booted into it for the first time
and now it is stuck on the screen saying "Loading initial ramdisk"
a little help please?
can someone tell me if this is a bug or if i did something wrong during installation
my laptop specs btw:
AMD A9-9400 APU(R5 graphics)
1x 8GB ram stick
1TB Toshiba drive
I'm using linux-zen kernel because I don't have time to compile my own with f-sync support
sorry if i should have posted it in 'installation' category on the forum index

If you boot from the installation media, chroot in and check the journal for the last boot, does it show the system booting?
If not was it the 5.11 kernel that was installed on the system?

I ran journalctl in chroot but i think it only has logs for the live usb
also funny thing, i forgot to edit my fstab and the genfstab command is missing so i will do that and if it still won't boot then I really need help

Please try install the linux-lts kernel and see if that has the issue as well.
