Does anyone know how to enable the new features of libinput 1.17? I've been searching for a good three-finger-drag implementation for a while now. And my wishes seem to have come true, but maybe the change has to get supported higher up the stack too? The wiki says "The configurable options depend on the progress of your desktop environment's support for them". So in my case I have to wait for KDE to incorporate the functionality?
