Continous Keypress not working on Arch

I don't know how it happened or why, but continuous keypress on Arch seems to be disabled on 2 different computers. (One with linux, one with lts kernel)
I don't know what to check.
It is not just on terminal or kate, it is also on browsers.

Let me guess, KDE? Something's changed in the settings, you have to go enable it.
