Timed out when 1st booting

I followed as the bible says for about 3 times now and I still get the same error message: timed out waiting for device /dev/disk/by-uuid/E2D3-87D5. It also has a dependency fail to file system check on it and dependency fails for /boot/efi and Local File Systems. Then it throws me in emergency mode

Do you have UEFI enabled in the bios? If not then you will have to set it and do the installation again.

Sorry I took long to reply, I had secure boot enabled and it was not playing well. I will mark this as fixed.
