RTX 2070 Mobile w/Optimus-Manager Issues

I started with Arch Linux back on day one and now its 2021 and I'm starting to get back into it again. Soo much has changed. Anyways, I have an MSI GL75 Leopard with the 10750h/2070 mobile and optimus-manager installed and working perfectly. I have it set to Nvidia mode only. I installed Unigine Valley and ran benchmark and I am getting some horrible framerates compared to Windows. I have GWE in the background and made sure performance mode was on and my card is running at its max potential but I am getting horrible framerates in Linux. Any ideas of how I can get better performance or is it just Arch Linux performance with the 2070 is shite?
