I have installed ibus-mozc and ibus-bamboo from AUR via yay, but none of them shows up in ibus-setup. I have double checked that they had been installed correctly (?) by looking at the output of pacman -Qe.
I did try to reboot my machine several times, and also tried to pacman -Rncs ibus then installed all of them again, but it's still not working.
I was running GNOME and everything was fine (since ibus is integrated in GNOME). Then, I wanted to migrate to Plasma so logged out to tty and ran
rm -rf .config
rm -rf .local
sudo pacman -Rncs gnome gnome-extra
sudo pacman -Syu plasma kde-applicationsI started ibus by
ibus-daemon -drxI set the environment variables as suggested in the ibus page of Arch wiki, but I think this problem has nothing to do with environment variables though.
Everything else worked as expected in Plasma except ibus. How can I fix this?
And if I did something silly, please let me know. Thank you.

Update: I reinstalled Arch but it's still not working. Maybe this is a bug in ibus.

I think it's not a bug in ibus because I can't see any related issue in its github page since the latest release (already 2 weeks ago).
