Failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)

Hello there!

I've been away from my computer for some time and quite a few packages have gathered up to be updated. When I try to run:
sudo pacman -Syu
I runs fine until it says: checking for file conflicts, then it prints this: https://pastebin.com/atD6JTmZ (it's rather long but it basically says that a directory exists in both "pown" and "pwned").

I read on the wiki that you can fix this by checking who owns the directory through pacman -Qo directory and then delete it if it's not owned by another package. But when I search to see who owns the package pacman returns that no one owns it since it doesn't exists.

How do I fix this so that I can update my packages again?

Thank you have a great day!

What distro is this? Neither of those packages exist in the Arch repos.

I am using Arch Linux and I have installed the Black Arch repo.

Thank you for your response!

Ohh, okay I'll  go ahead and do that. But do you know how I can get pass conflict? I think I necessarily need these packages that are conflicting. I'd much rather just remove them so that I can update other stuff.
