root on BTRFS + bad sectors

Ayy boys, my linux is on old laptop with an old WD BLUE, I don't plan on buying new HDD yet. Not yet! My disk looks like this:

boot FAT32
SWAP
root BTRFS
home XFS

Bad sectors are only on root. I find out about them after I installed Arch. Prior, I assumed my hard drive is perfect.

Question is simple. Should I reinstall OS and use EX4 instead on root so that it can avoid writing to bad sectors? Or should I continue using btrfs?

In my opinion you should ditch both btrfs and xfs in favor of ext4 if your data is important to you...
