Canon LBP6000B

Hello world,
I'm new to Arch, new to linux actually, and I really like it! Unfortunately, if I can't get my printer to work.
I couldn't find any drivers for it. Apparently there is a driver for other distros but not for arch.
If you could help me that would be great.

Looks like that printer needs the CAPT driver .

Since you're new you'll have a lot of reading to do and that driver is in the Arch User Repository (AUR) .

Welcome to Arch's endless problems with Canon printers....
First try cndrvcups-lt 5.00 (from AUR):
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/cndrvcups-lt/
Although it doesn't directly support your printer, it is the newest, most working and general driver. There's a good chance it will work and if it doesn't, it's easy to uninstall.
