Input lag spikes both with trackpad and with keyboard

Hello everyone.

Cpu: Core2Duo T9400
Ram: 4GB
Disk: SSD
Graphics: Nvidia 9300M GS with proprietary drivers 340xx with X11
Kernel: 5.10.23.1-LTS

KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 5.21.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

Since the last KDE 5.21 update I'm dealing with very slow responsiveness to my system. I have deactivated all desktop effects even completely disabled the compositor but still having issues.

The errors: in xorg log are the following:

This happens when start typing in lock screen for instance, and feels slow in the beginning and then accelerates normal. And for the mouse every move of the mouse that includes animations for instance on right click menus or even if i just press and hold left click and starting drawing the light blue highlighting in desktop then the CPU goes crazy (xorg and plasmashell processes ) even at 40% usage!!

Have tried with usb keyboard and mouse with the same results!!

Is it the graphics card or the KDE environment that causing this slow experience? Or something else? Thank you very much!!
