Hi,
Since the upgrade today, some gtk3 apps takes a couple of seconds to start.
Not everything gtk3-based have the issue ; by now i found gtk3-demo, simple-scan have the problem, while firefox or libreoffice does not.
The delay seems to be about 25 seconds.
My journalctl since last boot:

This is strace -f gtk3-demo hanging:

This is strace -f gtk3-demo after some seconds, whei it finally starts:

Using kde plasma, any idea?
edit-
fond an hint here:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 7#p1719767
and indeed, manually starting: /usr/lib/xdg-desktop-portal-kde does fix the issue.
But i am missing something, since the post is from 2017 and my last upgrade was a month or two ago and everything was working.
(?)
edit2-
nevermind, ive rebooted and tried to start xdg-desktop-portal-kde, but it didn't fixed anything

Can you (at least temporarily) remove flatpak?

I've had not it installed, but i understood and removed xdg-desktop-portal; rebooted and now everything works as intended.
Previously i had xdg-desktop-portal-kde and xdg-desktop-portal, maybe it is wrong?

No idea, but everything around flatpak/portal seems to be synchronously dbus activated by gtk and there's another thread where this just times out, https://bbs.archlinux.org/post.php?tid=264757
