Static sound coming from line-in when headset is plugged in

I've been getting this really annoying static buzzing sound that shows up on recordings, even when my microphone is muted. It only happens if my headset is plugged in though.

It happens when my headset is plugged into the front and back of my PC, and the headset is just fine on any other computer.

Some things I've tried:

Using echo-cancel

Disabling power-saving

/etc/modprobe.d/disablePowerSave.conf
options snd_hda_intel power_save=0`)

Checking that all the cables are connected correctly in my chassis
Grounding my chassis
Using a different cable to connect my headset to my back panel
Turning down my mic boost. All that did was make the static quieter, but it didn't eliminate it.
Booting into Windows 10 to check if the sound was there. It was.
Trying my headset on other computers to see if the sound was there. It was not.

Another thing to note, I'm using pipewire-pulse, but the problem was also happening with plain pipewire, so I don't think that's an issue.
