Fresh install failed after 2 days of normal usage

Hello,

I installed fresh on an nvme drive two days ago. Everything went smooth, no issues.  I was able to play games and everything.
Turned my PC on today, grub booted as normal, then I got a terminal like screen (not grub>) that says I need to insert a proper bootable device or recovery device.
After turning off Secure Boot and testing the mobo with my old Windows HDD, it is no longer giving me the grub menu, it just goes straight to the message.
Not sure if the install got corrupted or if something borked along the way and I didn't notice. At this point I'm assuming I just have to reinstall, but wasn't sure if there is something that could have caused this so I can avoid it in the future.

before you go crazy re-installing the whole system try re-installing grub, and use the --removable flag

You can boot the ISO you used to install to inspect and fix the system. It is very unlikely you need to reinstall Arch. It is hardly ever necessary to reinstall Arch just to fix it.
