I'm trying to use enigmail but it don't work with arch64. Thunderbird crashes when I wan't to use enigmail.
So I tried to make a PKGBUILD :
Please note: The builds provided on this web page only work together with the standard build of Thunderbird by mozilla.org! If you use a Thunderbird build provided by your distribution, then you also have to use Enigmail provided by that distribution.
I currently need to build the whole thunderbird but I'm searching a lighter way. I can't say if it works because thunderbird seems to be built against gcc3 and the plugin build must match the thunderbird build.
Is there a reason why thunderbird is built with gcc3 ?

sorry for the late answere but i was a little bit busy the last days. The enigmail plugin works for me!
I recompiled mozilla-thunderbird on my current system and installed the xpi file and everything works well so far!
i can give you a link to my thunderbird package if you want,

How did you built it ?
Can you give a few steps or post a pkgbuild if you have time ?
EDIT: I tried your two packages and it still don't work. Is there an issue with mozilla-common ? or maybe I mist some package. I have gnupg and gnupg2 installed...

I have all the openpgp menus working.
The probleme is when I want to read a signed/crypted message, or use any enigmail function, I get the error :
Enigmail: Enigmime service not available.
