CPU Widget reporting some strange values

Hi, I just did a fresh install of Arch with KDE desktop today.

I added Firefox and Chrome, Konsole, Dolphin, Cherry Tree, and fixed Discover by adding the packagekit-qt5 from the main repository, using pacman.

Generally all is working, and I thought I would try a few of the Plasma Widgets.  I added the CPU multicore widget and it shows all 12 threads on my i7 8086K.  3 of the threads are showing maxed out 100%.

I thought I would check the KsysGuard graph and it shows the same thing there...

Finally, I thought I would check H-Top commandline system monitor and that does NOT show these 3 maxed out Threads.

I reboot 3 times and reconfirm this behaviour 3 times.

Is anyone else seeing the same behaviour from these system apps?

I have checked from potential hacks with the LinPEAS script from Chris Titus and there is nothing unusual there.

Anyway, I just thought I would see if anyone else is experiencing this!?

Thanks

Moving to NC

Doesn't inherently happen here no, in either of the widgets nor in ksysguard, does it not show which program is using those?
