Can't access files on my phone via USB

I plug in my mobile, give access to file transfer on my phone but when trying to open the device from the laptop I get this

The file or folder udi=/org/kde/solid/udev/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:14.0/usb1/1-2 does not exist.
