xrdp and blue screen

Hi,

I am trying to setup XRDP on an Arch Linux instance.
It is a VM running on Hyper-V.
I have read the wiki on both:

-https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/xrdp
I am using Xorg and GNOME for GUI.
The environment works when directly connected to the console or via SSH.
However, when using XRDP I am prompted for credentials, but after entering them the screen is just remains light blue and is unusable.
I would appreciate some help in resolving this.

Hi,

you are not alone.

Without further investigations, I'm stuck with a blueish/greenish background..
Choosing Xvnc in the authentication window leads to a black screen.
