The link there redirects to https://jfrog.com/ which is telling your that
the era of Bintray, JCenter, GoCenter, and ChartCenter has ended
which I assume is a good thing.
I'm not sure what "yay installation through yay" is supposed to be, but it seems that yay tries to resolve it during the build process, https://github.com/Jguer/yay/issues/1278 so you'll have to file a bug at https://github.com/Jguer/yay/issues/ or just stop using yay (or any of "those" wrappers), https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR_helpers

Besides, according to his own comments in the AUR web site, the maintainer seems to be losing interest in the package. He even recommends paru.

It should be a thread "Paru or Yay ?" from late january and one of the posts says
FWIW, In this reddit thread from morganamilo (which I found in the linked video above) it's clear that he just stepped away, not that one should move away from yay.
Idk. about the status of yay or whether Paru is better less worse, but wanted to point out that there has been discussion about the situation objection to the claim made in psot #3.
Edit: ahh.
Yes, sorry.
