Messed up /boot partition, how to set up /boot and reinstall grub

Had a manjaro installation set up with /dev/nvme0n1p1 set up as my /boot partition for it. Few days ago I installed Arch on this laptop and seem to have somehow botched up my /boot setup. The only reason I'm able to log into my Arch at all right now is because I updated my grub config from my manjaro installation and it updated it to include Arch, which I've been using.

I had to change a few grub options recently and noticed that they weren't taking effect which lead me to the discovery that currently none of my partitions are mounted as my boot partitions. Since I'm planning to eventually remove manjaro completely from my system, I need to make Arch independent, so I was wondering if there was any way I could set up a mount point for my arch boot partition and use grub-install on it to get it working.
